After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer The guy is just a liar and a liar. He himself accuses others of cheating. No delivery date, no delivery address, daily changes of location, phone number, additionally orders some strange loads additionally. He's just an intermediary. Uncertainty in the method of settling the transaction.

Kunde unzufrieden mit wartezeiten da das wetter aktuell zu schlecht war und es zu verzögerungen gekommen ist. Androhung von Folgekosten etc Nicht zu empfehlen mit dem Kunden in irgend einer form zusammen zu arbeiten.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Kunde wünscht die Abholung bis 02.10.2020. Im Angebot habe ich auf den flexiblen Transport bis zum 04.10.2020 hingewiesen. Das Fahrzeug sollte nun am 03.10.2020 verladen werden. Dies ist für den Kunden nicht möglich. Die Zeiten im Angebot waren für den Kunden nicht ersichtlich.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Der Spediteur meldet sich nicht und reagiert nicht auf Anfragen. Zudem ist er Abholtermin abgelaufen und es besteht kein Bedarf mehr.
