I no longer need my item(s) shipped Our cancelation has NOTHING to do with the shippers. We were only attempting to get to the point where we would know how much the insurance would be. We were not trying to book the shipment. THIS SHIPMENT IS NOT READY TO SHIP AND CANNOT SHIP UNFORTUNATELY. WE WOULD APPRECIATE YOUR PROMPT CANCELATION. Thank you and we apologize for any inconvenience.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The shipper cancelled last minute and we found another shipper who was able to take the piece to its destination at a faster rate. We had to do what was best for the customer and cancel this booking.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Shipper did not come during agreed upon date for bookcase. Very little communication from shipper as to when he would be coming / coming late / not coming at all.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time DO NOT WORK WITH THIS SHIPPER UNDER ANY CONDITIONS!
We only accepted their bid because they indicated that they would pick up / deliver within a certain period of time. They provided a day and time that they would show up for pickup. They never showed up. There was no contact from the shipper that they were delayed.
We reached out to the shipper asking what happened and a few days later we get a cancellation request through uship asking for a cancellation of this shipment.
