I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period After numerous attempts the service provider finally responded and said that they had an unfortunate incident happen to the driver. Only after i sent a text stating that unless someone is hurt, sick, dead or in jail there is no excuse not to let the customer know what's going on and give them a clear ETA as to when their shipment will be picked up.
