I would HIGHLY recommend ignoring any bids by this shipper, and using the next highest bidder with positive feedback. They were unable to meet the terms of the uship contract they agreed to in the auction (picked up/delivered late), and their customer service/recordkeeping is utterly abysmal. Things happen, but the incompetence STILL being demonstrated by this organization (almost 4 months later) negates any possibility of a positive endorsement.
