The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services the broker promised me my vehicle would be picked up. He waited two weeks, wouldn't answer my phone calls or emails. Finally responds to uShip and advises me to cancel.

Stay Away! Lost my Tahoe for three weeks, no communication during this time, wouldn't return my calls, hung up on me when I called driver numerous times. Made me pay upfront before they would pick vehicle up, so still had to pay full price, didn't discount anything for sorry service. I have been shipping on Uship for years, never had service this terrible. Will be contacting Better Business Bureau as well. Customers beware. Response from initiallogistics: Incorrect- as the customer knows, the driver had an issue with the motor in his truck. That led to a delay while he was awaiting repairs. We did not take any payment until the vehicle was loaded. We never have and we never will. We did, in fact, mail $150 to him via check to reflect the delay. We kept in touch with him, even after our office, and our homes were evacuated for Hurricane Irma. He assumed he had been hung up on when reception was down for the storm. We apologized.
