Your items are not safe with this shipper or with uShip! This shipper took my items 3 hours FARTHER away from the pickup location, & abandoned them! I was left to find a place where they could be stored & then they had to be picked up by another shipping Company, costing me nearly double what I agreed to to get the items to me. uShip's insurance is a total scam! They would not compensate me the difference for the additional cost when the driver went AWOL. Don't ever use uShip or this Shipper!

Donna was very demanding, rude and didn’t want to even pay enough for the cost of the fuel. I was involved in an auto accident in the middle of the night and the shipment could not be completed. I did however take her antique windows with me to the ER rather than let them be towed away with my vehicle. The next day I even dropped them off to a location she chose and I did it for free. I listened to her bad mouth me on speaker phone while I’m dropping her items to be choice location.
