The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The shipment was supposed to be ready today. I had my carrier wait overnight to pickup. I got a call from Angel the customer saying the shipment was not going to be ready until Thursday now. She also told me the height was going to be 12'8'' instead of 12 feet. We wish angel well in moving this but cannot have the carrier wait another day and move something that tall.
