I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. I sat in Ambler pa for 4 hours trying to call this gentleman about his shipment and there was no answer when i called his phone or emailed him so there for i was there and he wasn't.

When they helped me load the motorcycle they dropped it on my window. plus I could not get any of the phone numbers to work. And the drop off person did not want to work with me at all.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Shipper accepted bid and contacted me. We agreed to ship via phone, text, and email.
Shipper did not show on agreed upon time as discussed via phone and text message.
Called and text messaged throughout the intended day of shipment and subsequent days with absolutely no response.
Complete waste of time and resource.

Jason had good intentions and price though he seemed to seriously lack experience in this business.
He arrived with a 2x10 makeshift ramp with the intention of loading and unloading my motorcycle onto his pickup truck. He requested assistance at both pickup and delivery locations.
I get the impression the vehicle and/or his business was not properly licensed for this line of work.
Following the delivery, he requested payment for shipping damages resulting from his neglegence. Response from rodgerjg: The damages done to my vehicle where done while he was holding the motorcycle he dropped into the back window of my truck. Not only did he do it once but three times. The total cost of repairs to my truck was $850. Maybe he should be more careful when helping someone load and unload.

I was very apprehensive about shipping my antique club chairs I purchased on eBay across the country but Michael from Poneco worked with me to get the shipping arrangements and insurance figured out within a few minutes. Poneco provided a shipping receipt once the item was picked up. The packaging took about a week but it all got here in one piece. I would rate the packaging as excellent. There was more bubble wrap on my chairs than I have ever seen on an item in shipment. Prior to shipment
