A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Carrier never showed up was supposed to pick up after hours Friday evening or Saturday morning. Monday morning got in and the item was still sitting outside.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period called and texted for 3 days after accepting quote. No response. left voicemails. nothing

Rusty and his wife are nice folks! Did a fantastic job with our barn door and we hope to use them again!

Marco was a great driver who kept to schedule and delivered everything on time and in good condition. I would love to use him again but unfortunately I cannot get him to return phone calls. Who knows

I no longer need my item(s) shipped My customer was granted a full refund from the selling platform of the sale made. Need to cancel as the enclosure is no longer getting shipped to that customer at no fault to the carrier.
