Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time

That is false. I sent numerous emails to him after he postponed shipment with no specific date, to ask him for new schedule. He never responded to me. When I asked in 2 emails if he wanted to cancel, he didn’t respond to those emails either. I gave him 2 stars only because he was initially nice, but his subsequent unresponsiveness and this bogus feedback merits a 0. Do not use him.

Teri is one of the nicest people I've ever met in the many years that I've been doing this! Very good communication very thorough very good directions! I would be more than happy to deliver for her anytime!

Russell was terrific. Communication was awesome, and he went the extra mile to really help me. Shipment arrived within the window that he said it was coming, and on the morning of delivery, he kept me posted throughout. Really professional and friendly throughout - I highly recommend it him! Definitely would use again!!
