After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer I have no confident in doing business with him. There are too many miscommunications.

Realistically what happened on this order is the automated bidder misquoted. That's pretty obvious based on the other bids on this load. It didn't take into account that no one goes to Laredo. I tried to explain this to the customer and told him that to get a carrier to go there would cost more money. We don't make any more money at all. In fact we weren't going to make anything to get it moved. Common sense tells you the bid wasn't good.

Common sense should tell you to get rid of your automated bidder. Commo sense should also tell you to check your bids and if they are not REALISTC, you need to delete them before someone accepts them.

Shipment had a few glitches, nothing that couldnt be fixed with good communication-glad to have Alejandro as a customer. Alls well that ends with only one more step to get to its restorer.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved first of all we had accepted the bid, that was like a month ago, the he told me he had to charge like 200 or 300 more to get it to my original destination..i didnt want to pay more..then it is just ironic to make a bid and then change price..we kept in touch for like a month only to tell me he can not do the shipping for the amount we agreed at the beginning...so i was just wasting my time...thats why i decided to cancel and get my money back..first of all i just dont understand why he accepted
