A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I have already updated the customer that dealership delays have had me readjust my schedule extending my east coast week into the week. I am finishing transports in NH and heading into New York state to finish the remaining transports. Customer can track me with the GPS link I provide via text and email replies.

I did not show up at agreed upon date and time This is not what happened, we showed up to the agreed upon time and date, after telling the customer that we had our Dodge Journey, he said he thought it would fit, when we got there, it did not fit, and we told the customer that we would come back with our truck. He was okay with that, and we kept in communication, we had no idea that he was going to cancel. We do still have the messages of the customer agreeing to wait until we got our truck.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved This shipment was scheduled to be picked up between 10/04/2022-10/07/2022. Tried to make arrangements with transporter, but he does not answer phone calls, and is slow at responding to texts. Makes it hard to work with. My customer needed to have the bike delivered, and cant wait any longer.
