After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer I called and spoke to Terri I explained what had happen and that they couldn't fix my trailer till Monday I told her I was sorry but she proceeded to Call me " A MOTHER******* Liar" I told her she was more than welcome to contact the trailer shop and I also went ahead and rented one from U haul.I went to pick up car and was told for it not to be released because she had already called Copart.I do business all the time there but I am glad to Cancel this one the language was unnecessary.God bless

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The service provider contacted me and told me they were not able to pick up my shippment die to his trailer breaking down and cannot stay in the area to pick up after he gets the trailer fixed. I am requesting a full refund of the payment charged to my account as stated in the email sent today. Thank You
