The shipment listing was misrepresented and the service provider canceled This delivery was for a car to be delivered to a port in Jacksonville FL. In order to deliver to this port I am required to have a TWIC card and JAX badge, which I do not. This was not specified in the listing for this auction. I am not able to obtain the required documentation in the time frame I have available to deliver this load and will not be able to deliver this load.
