Zero communication. Before I approved the bid, I was told they had a driver within an hour or two of the pickup site and could do it right away and deliver same evening. I accepted and called them and they estimated delivery at 7:30PM. From that point I heard nothing. I waited for 2 hrs at the delivery site trying to get ahold of someone. Finally, Charly text at 9pm saying he was at hospital with his child & didn't think it was coming. The next day he blamed the driver and didn't mention the kid
