I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. I have NO Clue what is going on here with this customer. No person has contacted me. I have a 99% positive feedback rating. After reading such outlandish claims I approve this cancellation.

The phone number listed on uShip was not Bruce's number, but that's something Bruce should have known. His email address was correct, however, and he did not respond to either of them (6 days out and two days out). Bruce has 28 cancellations, including 1 a week out, one two days out, and one the morning of pick up via text. Had he answered the email within four days, it wouldn't have mattered that his phone number was wrong on the site. We take care of our movers, but we expect professionalism.

Items were as listed in shipment. Items to go to storage were separated from other stuff for easier loading. Very nice couple. Kept us well fed and hydrated :) Thanks again!

These were some of the best movers we have used. They had excellent communication leading up to and on the day of the move. They were on time, professional, and took good care of our household items. We unpacked and found nothing damaged, so with the combination of communication, timing, professionalism, and quality of work we would absolutely use their services again.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period We tried to contact Bruce by phone and email numerous times in the week preceding our pick up date to confirm a time when he would arrive, but we received no response whatsoever. After texting the phone number provided (443.324.3019), the recipient informed me that they were not a mover, but a dentist. Lorenzo and his crew were very good to work with. They were professional, polite, presentable, quick (but careful) and very understanding about the sentimental value of delicate items. Edwin and his assistant Francisco were the best movers I've ever worked with. I've had four moves paid for by the military, but this has been my most positive experience by far. They arrived, loaded and unloaded on time, on budget and were all smiles all the time. They were a reasonably priced service, very reliable, very trustworthy and very nice people.
