Brill company collected Great Dane from little driffield delivered to Kent dig was very nervous so not the best customer in the world! Still comfort stops were made with pics and text messages before pickup, after pickup and during transit. Amazing comms. I would definitely use again and would not hesitate in recommending them. Many thanks!!

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The driver did not read the collection address correctly and got the collection details mixed up with the delivery details !! Unbelievable total time waster... This person should not be allowed to quote on your website especially when animals are involved. He is a complete incompetent.

The address diddnt contain enough information and 30 mins before pick up i phoned with no answer I still attempted to find the address but couldn't i hadn't heard from the customer after 1hr and I was on a deadline for another job next time I suggest ringing instead of sending texts that don't hold the right info
