A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Excellent communication. Very easy to work with. Only reason I am cancelling with this carrier is due to his truck breaking down and needing product delivered quickly. I would highly recommend this carrier though based on communication.

Communication wasn't great. I had asked the shipper for additional insurance and he told me he would have to call me back. After load was already picked up, I figured it was too late at that point to try to get shipping so I let it go. As far as shipping time, he told me 3 days, and in reality it took 7 days. I wasn't contacted to let me know about any delays and neither was my buyer. Other than that, product did arrive and in same shape as it left. Just need a communication improvement.

Delivered 4230 probably a week earlier than expected. Picked up almost immediately. Highly recommend DAK for about any type haul work from autos to heavy equipment as they have the equipment and great prices.
