I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment We had a driver for the move that had agreed to our bid price in advance, but unfortunately, his truck broke down and we were left looking for another driver in attempt to satisfy the customer's needs. There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved I accepted the bid one month ago. They kept saying they found someone for the first couple of weeks. Then they found someone but wanted me to pay more than the bid i accepted. Then i finally talked to someone who said the latest bid was les than two hundred more and he would call me back in twenty minutes. He never called. Then the company said they had no record of the call. Just tired of the bs after a month.

dealing with Ejs Auto Transport was as good as could be expected. Their sub-contracted driver was terrible both on the pickup and receiving ends.

it took a little bit to get picked up but Christine kept me informed. She was great to work with and the truck driver was awesome! Thanks! arrived in good shape and had contact with the driver several times while enroute.
