The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The customer lied about how big the dog was said it was 90 lbs however the customer lied said it was a very small dog, even after I expressed myself to him how uncomfortable i was about the dog ie ( you never know how vicious a dog can get) anyways, my husband and I drove to pick the supposedly little dog up, we get there and this dog was 6 feet high and was growling at my husband in a very vicsous manner!!Unfortunatly we felt unsafe with this dog. My fur babies go bye bye with us all the time!

From the beginning, Strick Investments, LLC was professional & did a great job with answering my questions. At every step of the process, I received updated information & was kept informed. When I met them to accept the delivery in person, it was 9:30pm & the rain was coming down hard. Both persons with Strick Investments, LLC helped me unload the shipment & put the items in my vehicle without hesitation. I will definitely use them again in the future. After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider Carrier misrepresented herself, several text messages indicated she would cancel the trip unless she got more loads. She did show up at 3 am, wanted to transport my dog on a pickup truck. Owners of the dog did not feel comfortable on the ways she was misrepresenting herself, as this was her first time ever transporting an animal.
