The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The customer stated the pick up location was a residence on his listing. Upon accepting our bid he advised us that the pick up location was the port. He was then advised that the price would be more because it was the port and now he decided to cancel.

Excuses !!! The provider has been instructed that the vehicles are the port, If the provider was unable to accommodate why not saying so and not wasting my time when port charge fees for storage. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped The client wrote, that Audi is already arranged. I can pick up tomorrow 30.10. In booked transport order period is 8 days after booking (it is 25.10-01.11). But the client want order cancel and I'm agreed. Regards

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I am accruing storage fees while i wait fro the broker to find a carrier, i have arranged shipping services with an other carrier so i do not have to wait any longer

He was then advised that the price would be more because it was the port and now he decided to cancel. Order was less than a day old. No delays were caused by our company.

Luc we are sorry transport was not completed & you got a day of storage fee. We sent 2 different carries to the pick up location, the port. Because of the incorrect documents they were not able to receive vehicle. Glad you were able to get everything sorted out.
