Ted was fair with pricing+patient with scheduling+honest about shipment description. He quickly emailed all required docs for pickup at Insurance Auto Auctions facility in CT Ted's friendly staff immediately assisted with unloading. Ted made sure that the payment code was ready upon arrival ! After a tour of facilty and an old fashioned handshake, Ted immediately promised more work ! HIGHLY RECOMENDED

The shipment listing was misrepresented and the service provider canceled On the original description zip code was provided incorrectly , after I received an emal with pick up location it was more then 100 miles away , its more then 200 miles away from another bike pick up location for Ted and I am not able to pick it up.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Unit was to be picked up last Tuesday July 11th. It has not been picked up still as of July 17th. Due to the poor commitment of the transporter this has now cost me $240 in storage fees. So I must book with another transporter. Highly disappointed and not coming back to book since transporters are not held responsible for their actions. Have tried 5 phone calls, 1 text and a email today to contact the transporter and have had no response.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period I called the ship and got a answer once. I was told he would call me right back. But never did call me. Now I can not get in contact with the shipper. Storage fees will begin adding to my motorcycle today.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved The motorcycle was leaking oil at the time the pick up was being made. So the transporter and I agreed to cancel the shipment.
