I did not show up at agreed upon date and time We are still able to pickup but,not in the timeframe the customers wants.Very nice guy though,we tried to work it out with him and said that we would pay for half the storage he couldn't wait any longer.I would have been to his pickup location within the next 5 days but,I can't get there any sooner due to delays caused by bad weather and other shipments not being ready,sometimes delays are out of our hands and we try to accomadate everyone as much as we can. I wish there was more we could do.

I agree with Bama Transport's comments. They were nice to deal with and I understood their dilemma. In that business there are circumstances that cannot be controlled. I could not wait any longer because of the daily charges for storage and the deadline for pickup was fast approaching. I would not exclude them from my carriers if there is another situation to use them.

alambe was a pleasure to make the shipment for. He seemed to be a very proffesional individual. He paid for the shipment very promptely via paypal. We both kept in contact throughout the whole process. I truly hope that i will have the opportunity to offer servces to Andy again in the future. He did what he said he would do, plus more. Brian did an excellent job. His communications were regular and accurate. He went above and beyond when transporting this coach. I would highly recommend Brian to anyone looking for an expert in his field. He is a true professional and a pleasure to work with. He did everything he promised to do and more, including cleaning the unit and topping up all the fluids.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Unfortunately the service provider had a truck break down and in addition the information they gave me is that other shipments were not ready as scheduled therefore they are behind. The agreed upon pick up time was the 21st or 22nd and it will not be until Febuary 5th or 6th at the earliest. I pay $20 storage for every day while I wait so I cannot wait any longer. I feel I have been more than reasonable and continued to wait for the carrier for well over a week now. I would have been agreeable e
