Shippment was misrepresented. Offered to have glass repaired she insisted on purchasing new glass which she wanted me to pay for.did not want it repaired. I did in fact tell her that glass had chipped on one corner and due to fact table was 200 pounds HEAVIER THAN LISTED WIEGHT and the fact that she still received 8 chairs and pedestal all of which were wrapped for shipment none of which I was paid for. Next time list your items accurately and when someone offer to repair it dont turn them down!

Dan was great delivering my Chandelier. He communicated throughout (pickup, on his way and finally his time of arrival). The item was neatly packed and safe and I was very happy with his service. Would highly recommend!

Carrie's services were ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. I REALLY ADVISE YOU NOT TO BOOK THIS PROVIDER. SHE WAS SUPPOSED TO PICK UP A DINING SET AND HAVE IT DELIVERED TO MY HOME. NOT ONLY WAS SHE LATE, SHE BROKE THE GLASS DINING TABLE AND LEFT IT IN THE STORE. (I HAD TO COMPENSATE THE STORE TO CLEAN THIS UP). SHE DIDNT EVEN TELL ME SHE BROKE IT- THE OWNER OF THE STORE TOLD ME. SHE DIDNT BLANKET WRAP ANYTHING AS PROMISED AND SHE NEVER COMPENSATED ME FOR THE TABLE AS SHE PROMISED. NOT A WOMAN OF HER WORD.

Shipment grossly misrepresented by customer. No access from street to load, piece 200 pounds heavier than stated. Customer refused offer to repair chip by glass company. Tired of being harrased by this woman it could have been easily fixed but she wanted new piece of glass. Delivered her other 9 pieces ALL of which WERE wrapped. Set was not in a furnitue store but a resale shop who were very rude .
