There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved the customer had 2 things posted on the posting and I was waiting on the customer to accept both of my bids... the customer never accepted both of my bids so I didn't make since to travel that far for 1 item when the customer had 2 items going from Cincinnati to Indiana...

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved After contacting the shipper it became apparent that the pickup was that a business that was not going to be open when I was coming through the area therefore it wasn't practical for me to stay overnight in a hotel to take his ship at the next day.

10 out of 10 - very kind,courteous, trustworthy and helpful- kept us up date throughout process- I would highly recommend him to anyone and will use him again on similar route. These transactions are never without some blips at one end or the other and he handled them with calm and maturity. We would use him again in a heartbeat!
