Customer canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward i can see that this is going to be a big problem to many issues. very demanding.

After speaking with the shipper initially, I was doubtful of coverage for transport of cargo. Shipper was unwilling to provide his 'certificate of insurance,'and instead provided copy of his insurance ID card, stating it was his certificate. We simply wanted to verify coverage for 3rd pary transport of cargo. After the initial conversation, the shipper became short and very rude.

Great communicator, very patient. Mike was FABULOUS! I was new to both uShip and the idea of a 3rd party for transport of cargo. Mike patiently took time and several phone calls to get me up to speed and ensure the safety and security of my boat. I would DEFINATELY use him again. I would recommend him to anyone - Felt like he was family transporting for me. Thanks, Mike!

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider Service provider would not provide the certificate of insurance, claiming ID card for insurance is only thing he has.

this is not true i got ahold of the ins co they were sending the certificate but he canceled already this cust was very demanding. we felt very uncomfertable with this cust you cant do everything in 15min & driving at that!
