Worst experience ever with a shipper. They were late. They did not pay the carrier and I had to pay them myself again. Never got reimbursed. Lied to me several times and charged and extra 200$ from me. No one should ever use the company Points Plus!!!

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved The place of delivery does not have a forklift to unload item. This was a Chang in the place of delivery for a boat and they do not have a forklift.
