I need to cancel the shipment. I sold the chairs on Ebay and the buyer emailed me this morning to let me know he wants the chairs shipped to his Dallas, Texas address no the Florida home.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The item to be shipped is heat sensitive. After talking to the provider, he indicated that due to the high temperatures (hotter inside his transport) we risk the item getting damaged. I did not feel comfortable shipping the item based on the information provided by the provider. We both agreed to cancel. The provider was pleasant to work with. This is a provider I would do business with. He is an honest person that puts the customer needs first. Great communication.
