James was incredibly helpful, and I'm very grateful to him for his time, effort, and friendly conversation. After another courier dropped out last minute I re-listed the job and I'm glad that James made a bid. He was prompt and polite in all of his messages, showed up early in anticipation of the agreed times for both loading and delivery, and generously helped me load and unload my boxes. James made the whole process stress free. Highly recommended to all. Thanks again!

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved I placed an auction for a shipment to be collected on Sunday or Monday, but the bidder was ultimately not able to collect on those days. I am appreciative that M. made an effort to find a replacement driver for one of the days available, but this would have required additional costs with another driver.
