Nina with Holm to Home Transport did an outstanding job for getting our little Havanese Coco to his new home. We would use Nina again for other deliveries and would recommend her to family and friends. Nina keep us up to date on her arrival time to us and keep the new family updated on her drop off schedule. The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Very disappointed, a lot of trouble with information flow, lack of response via emails, text and you can forget about an actual phone conversation or returned call; confirmed everything night before, drove an hour to the airport, sat at the airport for 2 hours trying to get service provider to respond to phone calls and text. Finally gave up and went back home to find an email saying the job was cancelled. This was such a bad experience, it will make me think LONG and hard before I trust uShip a
