Jay is a really interesting guy. ;) My bike arrived in fine shape, and getting across the country in 4 days was extraordinary. Highly recommended! Just allow a little flexibility in your delivery and Jay will come through.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment After communicating with the provider, it is clear that he will not be able to accommodate this shipment within a reasonable amount of time. On a side note, this 'process' stated that I would receive a refund of only $119. I HAVE PAID MORE THAN $800, AND CANNOT PAY FOR ANOTHER SHIPMENT IF I DO NOT RECEIVE A FULL REFUND!

Martin did his level best to make it in the 10 days; but a mechanical failure after hours in Utah made that impossible. He was great to work with anyway, and once the problem occurred he kept me posted with updates as often as needed. A VERY pleasant experience. Definitely recommended.

After a few minutes of anxiety regarding the pickup schedule, Ryan delivered exactly what he promised to deliver. The bike was in excellent condition upon arrival, and Ryan was a very pleasant guy to hang with and talk bikes (he was ready to stretch his legs after all that driving!). I will hire him the next time I need this service!
