There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved There is no fraud, just a misunderstanding on the shipper's part. We placed a bid and within the note section, we put a condition. The condition was to transport one item, not both, due to weight restrictions. He accepted our bid. However, he overlooked the note section. We contacted him again, offered to lower the price to 2800 for 1 item due to the misunderstanding. He needs both transported at the same time. He seems like a nice guy, just a misunderstanding.
