The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time uShip is forcing me to leave a review in order to cancel a duplicate booking!? 1-star for uShip! Roadrunner would get 1-star as well, as there wouldn't be a duplicate booking if they simply showed up in the first place. But they're getting 5-stars instead, simply because uShip is forcing me to do this.

Worst LTL experience to date. Will NEVER use YRC again. They completely blew us off on the day of pickup, despite us calling dispatch several times throughout the day to confirm that they were indeed coming. They did pickup the next day, but later sent an additional $80 bill for limited access pickup, despite us NOT being limited access. 4 day estimated delivery? More like 3 weeks! Plus now we get to fight a $2000 credit card charge back from our customer! Save the headache - look elsewhere.
