The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The contracted freight company/broker did not schedule the shipment in the timeframe need to be able to deliver our product. In communications with the shipper they said if it was in my best interest to contact another freight company as they did not know how much long it would be before they were able to have a driver available. I am reaching out for another bid immediately.
