The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped These things happen. The seller of the horse changed her mind on selling the horse and barb had to cancel the hauling. No problem. Barb was willing to pay a cancellation fee to me but it’s unnecessary. Five stars to barb on how she handled her situation with the horse trader.

I was very pleased with almost 100% of the experience with this transporter. They got the job done safely and in a timely manner. They were friendly and easy to work with. I would have liked a bit more communication.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped I have to cancel this shipment because the owner has changed her mind and will not let the horse go. She has decided she loves the horse too much & cannot live with herself if she does. I don't know why she even offered him before she was sure she wanted to commit to letting him go. THE SHIPPER HAS BEEN WONDERFUL AND VERY SYMPATHETIC. I could not ask for a nicer person. I would 100% use and recommend him to anyone. He is an awesome and kind person.

Jeannette and Rick are the sweetest people ever! What a joy they have been to work with. They understood from the beginning how precious my whippet was to me and did EVERYTHING to make this a great experience for both my dog and myself. They were willing to adjust their plans to meet my needs. They kept in contact from beginning to end sending pictures and texts so that I always knew where they were and how my girl was doing. Highly recommended. I will use them again when the need arises.

Wonderful to work with. They were here exactly when they said they would be. My puppies were delivered exactly when requested and were treated perfectly and cared for professionally. They kept in touch and answered every text I sent in a timely manner. I highly recommend this team to anyone needing to ship a pet.
