Do yourself a favor and don’t use her service. SHE ended up picking up our dogs a day late in IL and then told us she was staying over night in a hotel there and would then be headed down to our location in AZ. The next day, following her GPS, we found out she took them all the way to NJ to pick up her “friend” before she headed our way. This took our poor dogs across country and added 2 days to their trip.
