The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services After accepting a quote from two different users who were the same company and community sting directly with the service pros user, they cancelled at the last minute without warning.

I can assure you that you did not receive a quote from 2 different users from my company as I am the only one in my company. You booked a quote at 7:27 this morning and expected me to be there today by 2pm which was nowhere in the quote or your requirements. I told you this morning when you called it was too late to get you on todays schedule.

Communication was difficult. The pickup time was 6 hours later than was communicated. The delivery time was 2 hours later than communicated. I added in an antique chest which was not wrapped in a blanket as stated and arrived ruined with a HUGE scratch on the top and all down the side. I was extremely disappointed with this shipped.
