The customer says I have to go to the CIty to take it out of the impound and has to be between eight and five I got

Misrepresented? I had no intention of leaving a negative feedback on you, your slanderous feed back is wrong and undeserving. I don't think you know the definition of the term. No where on the listing does it say where the car is located, hours for removal or any such information. Your feedback is flawed sir. If you only had an extremely limited window to accept the transport, you should have told me in the first place and we would have avoided this all together. I wish you well.

Mr Santana was a great guy to deal with. He answered all questions when needed. He paid as agreed and was ready to take delivery when we arrived. This was a smooth transaction and I would with out a doubt haul for him anytime we could.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The car is located at a government facility and can only be released during business hours. The driver was unable to wait but was professional in his demeanor. I need to immediately resist the car for transport please.

Outstanding service, great communication and extremely professional in the manner that Mr. Hart conducted himself. The equipment was in very good condition and well maintained. The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I spoke to the shipper this morning and we agreed to end the transaction because they have failed to pick up the car after a week of nothing being done. I am leaving to LAX as we speak to pick the car up in person. Thanks, Santana

Mr. Howell was extremely professional and courteous in the manner in which he explained how he was going to handle the situation with my shipment. He provided me with detailed information each step of the way and personally provided exemplary service at a competitive price. He was not the lowest bid but I feel confident that he was the right person to deal with and would highly recommend him to anyone with a shipment.

Excellent service in the truest form of the word. The gentleman was in constant contact with me, advising me when he would do the pickup, the transport and delivery. He kept me in touch all along the way and I was impressed with the service provided to me at a very competitive price. I would highly recommend him if you find yourself in need of a transport agent. Everything was done as promised, the service was above and beyond my expectations.
