After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider Shift Cargo hired a carrier for for more money than their actual bid and tried to get me to pay more than I agreed to.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Pickup window was stated up front before booking. Shipper accepted and missed the window.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Agreed that my item would be delivered before sat nov 9. I was postponed to Saturday and then I was postponed to Sunday. It’s now Sunday evening and no delivery/communication from Liz express.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Spoke with the driver and we came up with a delivery date. That day came and went with no delivery. Me and the dispatcher then set a second delivery date. I was told that the item could be picked up m-f. The dispatcher sent his driver there to pick the item up on Friday and was told that pickups can only happen m-t.
