Never received confirmation on pickup and I received afterwards and extra invoice for pickup. But the freight was delivered on time.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The driver informed me after several calls and emails that his truck broke and therefore couldnt handle the pickup.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I need to change delivery address and information, and this is not possible in the system I therefore need to cancel it so I can create a new one.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The driver called me an told he was in an accidence an couldnt fullfill the pickup. He therefore encourage me to cancel the pickup. I have already made another agreemenet with another driver through USHIP.
