I wanted to mention Felix Diaz by name. I feel that he was professional, diligent and effective.
There was a minor glitch with the carrier and I missed the original pickup by about 20 min, but Felix got the carrier on conference call and made sure that I got the pickup on the same day.
He was also helpful with setting up the bill of lading and the making sure that I had a liftgate and pallet jack service on both ends.
All in all it went about as smoothly as I could have expected.
