There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved This client assured us that this was a legal load. We sent a truck 200 miles to go load this unit this morning only to find out that it is oversized. To move this inoperable equipment through 5 states it will cost $750 additional and they are refusing to pay us for the the time and fuel we have already wasted on their incorrect posting. They need to take responsibility for the load that they hired us to move and dimensions that they posted as exact (measured).

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment I wasn't rude. I apologized PROFUSELY. The load was just way to heavy for my small trailer. I also explained that a dually with a fifth wheel flat bed would be the next size up that could handle the load. It wasn't my idea to try the load, it was the kind people at the loading yard. They said look at it and if you're not comfortable, we'll take them off. I went around the block and my truck was struggling, I didn't feel comfortable with such a heavy load going 700 miles through the mountains.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved The service provider claims that our dimensions are wrong and they could not accomodate the shipment. In order for them to move this item they want to charge an extra $750.00, which we are not willing to pay.

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services The driver showed up and picked up the items. Then a short while later he drove back and dropped the items off at the place where he picked them up at. He never completed the delivery. He was rude and unprofessional.
