Jerry was fantastic. Excellent communication and on time pickup and delivery. He even went the extra mile and came back to the pickup location 30 minutes later because I forgot to give something. 5 star service and would definitely recommend you use him.

Would have been 5 stars, but shipper asked to meet him at a different location near the highway for his own convenience. He called me and told me he was on his way and would be there in 10 minutes, but when I got there 15 min later, he still hadn't left his location and forgot to call me to let me know. Wasn't ideal, but the item did get delivered safely. Just wish I didn't have to interrupt a family dinner and drive 15 min to a gas station near the highway to receive the item

I’m so sorry you feel this way Steve, I advise I could deliver it Friday at your property but if you wanted it today if there was a possibility you can meet me near the expressway. Roger was excellent with communication, and his driver was on time (even one hour early) and super professional. Would definitely use Freight City Logistics again.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Unfortunately, we couldn't work it out with our schedules. Shipper had great communication and would use him again if it wasn't a scheduling conflict

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Shipper did not show up to scheduled pick up, and did not respond to texts or answer his phone. Very frustrating
