Customer canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward we were there to pick up saturday 23, ans the seller was'nt there, we tried to pick up by wednesday 27, but we couldn't our company wanted to give you a discount of half of price , but customer refuse. very sorry for the inconvenience.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider I have tried on several occasions to contact the shipper thru both e-mail and on the phone. After completing my transaction on 1/11/10 I e-mailed both the shipping company and the eBay seller. The seller was never contacted until last Monday 1/25/10 and they were suppose to pick it up on Wednesday 1/27/10. The shipper wrote me back and said that their truck was at the dealer on Saturday. The dealer does not have weekend hours and was never contacted. I give up and this point and just want a refu
