Flexibility of the movers was great, able to come earlier than listed and very friendly. When unexpected delays happened the day of the load, as soon as possible communication was opened, turning what was beginning to seem like a bad situation into a good one. Ken took many measurements to be certain items would fit, and was a great help loading and unloading through some awkward areas and heavy items. Good family-oriented people.
