The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Communicated he would arrive at the pick up location on Saturday at noon, did not respond until that Saturday night saying his car is faulty, says he will let us know when his car is fixed, wont give us a date to when that is, we need to cancel and schedule a reliable shipper thank you.
