I did not show up at agreed upon date and time

I needed to get this bike down to Miami to ship to Spain. The ship has a scheduled date of departure and I agreed to get the bike there by that time. I felt totally abandoned by HB Trailer Services and I tried to establish a good line of communication, but no one showed up to pick up my bike. Kirk, I couldnt have been more understanding of the situation with DOT and I would have helped you any way I could. You shouldnt have left me in such a difficult situation.

First class service! These guys are the best of the best! I was caught in a bad situation and needed this bike in Florida in a hurry. Not only did these guys give me the best rate but my bike was delivered in record time. Great communication. I was impressed at how well Jim took care of the bike in transit. The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Short and sweet of it...Kirk had some trouble with DOT and was delayed in Richmond VA. I tried to get some specific times as to when I was going to get with him to pick up my bike. My calls were returned a couple of times, but since Saturday at 1:15pm I can't get in touch with Kirk and he has not been in contact with me. I told Kirk I would work with him as best I could but I don't feel a good communication link was ever established. I have made at least 25 attempts to contact Kirk to find out w
