The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Shipment was booked with a pick up no later than 2/25. Shipper never picked up the item, and would not respond to email. After contacting uship for assistance the Shipper sent a one line email stating “I need to cancel”, provided no additional details, and will not cancel the shipment through uship. This provider does not need to be on this platform, due to failure to complete and lack of communication.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved This was not at all the service providers problem. The couch I purchased was a scam and he was the one who discovered the issue and reached out to me
