Shipment took about 5 days longer than original booking stated, but I must say that my chairs were all wrapped in protective material and then boxed so they arrived in perfect condition. Very reasonable shipping cost too. I am a satisfied customer and would recommend homedirectusa. I was contacted a few days before delivery, again contacted the day before delivery and the drivers contacted me when they were about 45 minutes away from my home. Excellent communication.

What I want to say is "AWESOME". Absolutely no gliches, great communication when picking up in Georgia and delivering to Michigan. Would definitely use their service again. Just a great service.
