Great to deal with and quick delivery.

Delivery address provided was a church so they added $80.00 after the delivery to the bid they gave knowing the address. Then when I asked about it they told me the driver went inside and that should have been an up charge also. We were sending the personal property of a truck driver that had a heart attack back to his church so his family could pick it up. Nothing like a trucking company hitting a driver one more time. Not very nice to deal with.

We had an issue with the contracted delivery company driver. Faith brokers did not assist in clearing up the matter as they insisted they were "Just the Broker"

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved The service provider will not allow me to pay the balance with PayPal and insists that I fill out a Credit Card form and send it to them. They claim the only way to pay them is with a credit card so I am no longer interested in dealing with them. This was supposed be delivered tomorrow and it was never picked up. I will relist this and find a more agreeable carrier.
